The Service is built and operated by Macrokiosk Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as “The Website”) on behalf of the client. Both The Service and The Website products are governed by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “The Terms”).

Guest and Member Terms

If a member wishes to use paid products and services, the rights and obligations shall be separately agreed upon in accordance with the scheme terms of the individual products and services. Members may enjoy paid products and services only after reading the Paid Content Terms of Service and completing the ordering process.

Account Security

The Website currently uses Google/Facebook/Apple third-party login functions and does not record login passwords or any data within the login process.

If you discover that your member account or password has been illegally used or compromised, or if you discover any security vulnerabilities in The Website, you should notify The Website immediately and assist in providing concrete evidence. Services Provided

Video Courses: Members can pay a one-time fee on The Website to purchase “Term-based” or “Lifetime Access” video course content. After the online course “starts,” members can select course units to watch and learn. Once the viewing permission for term-based courses expires, the course cannot be watched; members may pay again to purchase viewing rights.
Subscription Columns: Members can pay “periodically” on The Website to subscribe to and view the knowledge content of project initiators. The viewing permission for a paid subscription period is 30 days. If “renewal” is not completed before the 30 days expire, the right to use and view the column will be lost upon expiration.

Transaction and Refund Policy

When members purchase paid courses provided by The Website, it should be done based on the confirmation of product quantity and price mechanism provided by The Website.
Members purchasing paid courses may exercise rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Ambiguities in these Service Terms arising from member transactions shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, once digital content or services are provided, consumers can view them immediately. Therefore, these products do not fall within the scope of the 7-day appreciation (inspection) period of the Consumer Protection Act. Please understand the course content through preview videos before confirming payment.
For “Content Subscriptions” (Columns) provided by The Website: As all column content is viewable immediately upon payment, and full access for the period (30 days) is granted even if the next subscription is cancelled, The Website will not accept refund requests based on personal factors.
Following the above, if there is a legitimate reason to request a refund, please submit a refund application via email ([email protected]). To strictly verify identity, please use the email account used to purchase the course. After confirming eligibility, send an email to the customer service mailbox explaining the reason for the refund, complete the refund procedure according to instructions, and await completion. The refund application email format is as follows:

The judgment standard for whether a refund request is overdue will be based on the “timestamp of the sent refund application email.”

If any part of these Terms is invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first negotiate in good faith. If negotiation fails and litigation ensues, both parties agree to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
